Steve Lea
Managing Director
Steve Lea joined PSG as Managing Director in July 2026, bringing extensive experience in leadership, business transformation and operational excellence. With a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth, Steve is passionate about creating customer-focused organisations that combine technical expertise with exceptional service.
As Managing Director, Steve is leading PSG through its next phase of growth, strengthening the company’s position as a trusted partner for adoptable grid connections and private energy projects across the UK and Ireland. With a collaborative and people-centric approach, he is focused on developing the business, investing in its people and partnerships, and ensuring PSG continues to deliver long-term value for customers, suppliers and stakeholders alike.
Martin Parker
Group Sales Director
An experienced Sales & Marketing Director, Martin has extensive knowledge of the electrical industry across the generation, transmission and distribution sectors.
One of PSG’s founding directors in 2019, he brings a detailed understanding of the power cable and accessories market, including supply chain and customer groups, as well as a strong sales and marketing background including product management.
Daniel Jukes
Major Projects Director
One of the original founders of PSG, Dan has worked in the electrical industry for the power sector for more than 15 years including senior operational positions for two competing organisations. This has given him an in-depth technical knowledge of power cable and accessories, product applications and the relevant approvals and standards.
He drives the commercial team in delivering outstanding service standards and customer experience.
Celeste Morrissey
Marketing & Sustainability Director
Celeste is a chartered marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience in the field of marketing, communications and customer excellence. She is responsible for PSG’s internal and external communications, driving the brand to ensure consistent messaging and strategic positioning within our key sectors as the business continues to evolve.
Clare Collinge
Financial Director
As Financial Director at PSG, Clare is responsible for overseeing our financial operations, reporting and compliance.
She has a wealth of experience in accounting and business planning/performance roles, including 12 years growing and running her own accountancy practice. Clare has also worked for large businesses including The Spirit Group, Prudential plc and ABN AMRO NV.
Richard Taylor
Operations Director
Richard joined PSG in 2025, with a wealth of experience across operations and fleet management. His role includes responsibility for operations across our 32,000 sq ft warehouse facility, as well as overseeing logistics and company accreditations, having worked in similar roles for large companies including Lyreco UK and Ireland.

Kirsty Harris
Head of Internal Sales
Kirsty Harris is responsible for supporting commercial operations and ensuring a consistent, customer-focused approach across the business. With experience in account management and project delivery, she works closely with both customers and internal teams to drive efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Kirsty is focused on strengthening collaboration and supporting the continued growth of the business. She plays a key role in aligning commercial activity with operational delivery, ensuring customers receive a responsive and reliable service.
Neil Draper
Key Account Director
An experienced sales professional in the power cables and accessories sector, Neil is recognised across the industry for his extensive technical knowledge and strong customer relationships.
As Key Account Director, Neil is responsible for developing and strengthening strategic partnerships with some of PSG’s most important customers, ensuring they receive the expertise, support and solutions needed to deliver successful projects. His experience spans a wide range of sectors including water, utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure, and H&V applications.
Tim Watkins
UK Sales Director
Tim is responsible for leading PSG’s sales team across the UK, driving commercial growth, developing customer relationships and ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise to customers.
With more than 20 years of experience across technology, cabling and jointing for utilities, Tim brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to the role.
Passionate about developing high-performing teams and creating long-term customer value, Tim works closely with customers and partners to support critical infrastructure projects across the UK’s power and utilities sectors.
Dawn Craft
Business Development Manager – Data Centre Solutions
Dawn is an experienced business development professional with over 20 years of international experience across critical power, load testing and infrastructure markets. Having worked throughout Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets, she has built a strong track record of developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering growth across technically demanding sectors.
At PSG, Dawn is responsible for developing opportunities within the data centre sector across the UK and Ireland. She works closely with contractors, consultants, developers and end users to support project delivery and help customers access the cable and infrastructure solutions required for modern data centre developments.
Thomas Leach
Technical Sales Manager, Scotland & Ireland
Thomas has over 10 years of experience in sales, business development and key account management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. He has developed a strong track record of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering practical solutions that support customers’ project requirements.
As Sales Manager – South, Thomas is responsible for supporting customers across the South of England, helping them access PSG’s extensive range of cable, accessory and infrastructure solutions. He works closely with contractors, utilities, developers and industrial customers to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
Martin Howie
Technical Sales Manager, Scotland & Ireland
Martin supports our customers in Scotland and Ireland with specification and technical advice, applying his experience across all aspects of construction management in the power industry. A DNO trained jointer for Live LV Networks and MV up to 33kv, he has extensive experience in electrical project management across BESS and Gas Peaking Projects, and has worked for ICPs and DNOs.
Joshua Parker
Regional Sales Manager
Joshua has been instrumental to the recent growth of PSG, building and maintaining customer relationships across the Midlands area since joining in 2022.
He has a vast understanding of construction project pipelines, having previously worked as an estimator and asphalt operative for a surfacing company, where he helped to significantly grow the civils side of the business.
